Purpose of the website

The website presents Aleksandar Ćeklić’s biography, work, bookbinding techniques, restoration projects, articles, and selected books. Its content is primarily informational and presentational.

The information on the website is not professional advice for the unaided restoration of valuable or historic objects. An unsuitable intervention may permanently damage a book, so a specific treatment is determined only after professional examination of the object.

Enquiries, quotations, and agreements

Sending an email, making a telephone call, or submitting another enquiry does not automatically create a contract or an obligation to accept the work.

The service description, assessment, price, timeframe, and delivery method are confirmed separately after examination of the book and discussion with the interested person. Photographs and a description are often insufficient for a final assessment of an object’s condition.

If books available for purchase are displayed on the website, their availability, condition, price, payment method, and delivery terms are confirmed directly before an agreement is concluded. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Intellectual property

Texts, photographs, presentations of bindings and restoration work, visual identity, graphics, and other original website materials are protected by the copyright and other rights of Aleksandar Ćeklić or the relevant rights holders.

You may view the content and share an ordinary link to this website. Without prior written permission, you may not:
