The key point about analytics

Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity are not loaded and do not collect analytics information through this website unless you expressly accept analytics cookies.

If you reject analytics cookies, you can continue using the website normally. Advertising cookies and advertising personalisation are not enabled.

You may change your choice at any time through “Cookies” in the website footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

Information we process

Information you send to us

The website does not provide user accounts or an integrated contact form. If you contact us by telephone, email, or through an external social network, we may process information you voluntarily provide, including:

  • your name and contact details;
  • the content of your message;
  • photographs and information about a book;
  • information required to answer, assess the work, or discuss a service.

We use this information to answer your enquiry, take steps at your request before a possible agreement, and manage further communication.

Necessary technical information

Hosting and security systems may automatically record limited technical information, such as an IP address, request time, requested page, browser type, and error details. This is necessary to deliver the website, detect misuse, maintain security, and resolve technical problems. We do not use it for advertising.

We store the necessary record acin-cookie-consent-v1 in your browser’s local storage. It contains your analytics choice, the settings version, and the time at which the choice was saved. It is not used for tracking and remains in the browser until you change your choice or clear the website’s stored data.

Google Analytics

After you consent, we may use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits and improve the content. It may process information about visited pages, approximate location, referral source, device, browser, and basic interactions with the website.

Google Analytics may set the _ga and _ga_<ID> cookies to distinguish visitors and sessions. Their default lifetime may be up to two years. We do not send Google Analytics a name, email address, telephone number, or other information that directly identifies you.

Google Consent Mode is configured so that analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data, and ad_personalization are denied by default. Only analytics storage is granted after acceptance; advertising functions remain denied.

Microsoft Clarity

After you consent, we may use Microsoft Clarity to understand how the website is used. Clarity may record visited pages, clicks, scrolling, pointer movements, and technical device and browser information, and use them to produce aggregate reports, heatmaps, and session replays.

Clarity may use cookies including _clck and _clsk, as well as certain Microsoft cookies described in its documentation. Advertising storage remains denied. We do not use Clarity to provide our own identifiers for visitors.

Microsoft states that input-field content is masked. Nevertheless, do not send sensitive or unnecessary personal information over the internet.

The contact page contains an embedded Google map. When the map loads, your browser connects directly to Google, which may receive your IP address and other technical information under its own policies. This map is not part of the Google Analytics measurement that we control.

When you follow a link to a social network or another external website, you leave this website. The owner of that service determines any further processing.

We process information only where there is an appropriate legal basis:

  • consent — for Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity;
  • steps at your request and performance of an agreement — when you enquire about a work, book, or service;
  • legitimate interests — for security, website stability, prevention of misuse, and ordinary business communication;
  • legal obligations — where the law requires us to retain or disclose information.

Recipients and international transfers

We do not sell personal information. It may be available only to service providers needed for hosting, email communication, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity, and to competent authorities where required by law.

Google and Microsoft operate internationally, so information may be processed outside Serbia. Such processing is subject to their agreements, privacy policies, and applicable safeguards for international data transfers.

Retention

  • we retain correspondence and enquiry information for as long as needed to answer, reach and perform an agreement, and protect legal interests;
  • technical logs are retained for a limited period under the relevant security and hosting settings;
  • Google Analytics information is retained under the Analytics account settings and Google’s rules;
  • Microsoft states that standard Clarity recordings are available for up to 30 days, while selected or randomly sampled recordings may be retained longer under its rules;
  • you can remove your cookie choice by clearing the website’s stored data in your browser.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances and applicable data-protection law, you may have the right to:

  • receive information about processing and obtain access to your information;
  • request correction or completion;
  • request erasure or restriction of processing;
  • receive information in a portable form where applicable;
  • object to processing based on legitimate interests;
  • withdraw consent at any time;
  • lodge a complaint with the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.

Security and children

We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage method can be entirely risk-free.

The website is not intended to collect children’s information. If you are under 18, do not send us personal information without the involvement of a parent or guardian.
